We seek HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist who are passionate about supporting people leaders and employees.

Essential requirements of the job include:
1. University degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
3. Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
4. Experience in working with Work Council
