At CHG-MERIDIAN AG, we are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to support our Corporate Strategy and Business Development department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for growth and development.
* Support the development of business plans, profitability analyses, and company valuations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Assist in the preparation of industry, market, and competition analyses.
* Participate in M&A projects, from due diligence to company integration.
Requirements:
* Registered student in business administration, economics, finance, or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills, high motivation, and personal responsibility.
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
* Enjoy international cooperation and willing to work 40 hours per week for 6 months.
