We look for HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist and passion to support people leaders and employees.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* University degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
* Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
* Experience in working with Work Council
