Your future role.
As a Compliance Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be part of the Innomotics Compliance Team and report to the Global Head of Compliance at Innomotics. Your role will contain the following tasks:
1. Leading the compliance legal topic for Innomotics globally
2. Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure the company’s compliance with e.g., anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, data privacy and human rights regulations as well as Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
3. Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies
4. Provide legal advice and support on compliance-related matters
5. Lead the internal investigation process including the execution of internal investigations in collaboration with operational Compliance Officers
6. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance
Your profile.
1. Completed law degree
2. Long-term professional experience in a compliance legal function (min. 7 years)
3. In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
4. Highest integrity and ethical values
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving as well as strategical thinking skills
6. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Business fluency written and spoken German and English, additional languages are a plus
