After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story.Your areas of responsibilities:Be the International Marketing team leader for interfacing between Global Marketing, Global Sales and Local Market TeamsEnsure the Global Go to Market Commercial Toolbox is "Fit to Win” in the key markets across the Product/Commercial action calendar (ie) on time, minimal to no touch execution ready, and within budget parametersDevelop and present the Global Go to Market Commercial Toolbox Package via interactive & engaging deployments that motivate, inspire, and enable the local teams to fully execute with excellenceAct as the primary global point of contact and leader for all CYBEX marketing activities in all regions and countriesThis can also include providing inspiration & guidance for and contribute to key local initiatives like brand events, trade shows, special campaigns, or other marketing opportunities with the aim to better position our brand and productsAct as the key inputter (ie) ears & eyes via the global priority markets into the Definition and Development of global toolboxes and manage their on-time-in-full delivery to marketsSteer and assist markets with defining strategies, marketing activation plans/calendars as well as implementations in the field of Trade Marketing, E-Retailer Marketing, PR, Social, Influencer and Digital MarketingProvide Sales input / product success results to Global Marketing, i. e sell-out results, commercial focus, distribution strategies, new channels, or local feedbackBuild relationships and interact directly with direct distribution countries, export managers, distributors, local agencies, key accounts, or other stakeholders where necessaryBe a engaged and participating member of both the global sales community as well as the global marketing teamYour profile of qualifications:Successfully completed studies of Business AdministrationMinimum 8 years relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG area, with toys or other children’s productsGeneric experience in International Marketing is a must, along with a strong knowledge of marketing operating standards and processes Extensive marketing know-how, with a strong focus on trade marketing Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and high commitment Knowledge of marketing operating standards and processesDown to earth and hands-on spirit and strong networking skillsAffinity for lifestyle and design Fluent in business English and a willingness to travel CYBEX operates globally and has employees from over 29 nations.
