Tasks Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in human resources roles, with exposure to various HR functions. Strong understanding of German employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Available for working on-site at least 4 out of 5 weekday. Fluent communication in English.
