What you'll do:
* Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support to our users in Heidelberg.
* Take ownership of ticket resolution, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
* Install and configure hardware and software, playing an active role in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
* Analyze and document system and application errors, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll need:
* Solid experience in 2nd Level Support.
* Proficiency in working with ticketing systems.
* Strong knowledge of the Windows environment.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
