Your areas of responsibilities:Support in New Product-strategy and -portfolio development for product category in line with company strategic and commercial objectives Lifecycle-, roadmap-planning and prioritization of product portfolio for strollersMonitor commercial success of product portfolio in market and implement interventionsSupport development of consumer segmentation and identify consumer needs for the product categoryMonitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities Act as stroller category owner and coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations and if required further areas of the organizationTrain & guide Marketing, Sales and Global Training team on the overall product category directionPresent product concepts and product stories to internal and external clientsIdentify and recommend product directions/new opportunities and marketing strategies in order to support sales activationSteer and coordinate Marketing campaigns that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the defined consumer groupsOversee and steer all activities of the product management department and ensure they are efficiently and effectively executedYour profile of qualification:Successfully completed degree in industrial/product design or other relevant technical disciplineProven track record of introduction and/or further development of innovative products in the segment of technical durable goods (B2C)Substantial product management background coupled with a strong leadership and management experienceStrong commercial acumen Experience of continuous improvement of internal structures & processesStrong analytical skillsEntrepreneurial personality paired with hands-on and pragmatic approachAbility to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environmentFluent written and oral communication in German and English language
