Regional Legal Counsel & Contract Manager (m/f/x)
A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
1. Observing, analyzing and implementing current legal developments and their implications,
2. Reviewing German and international contracts in a wide variety of settings,
3. Supporting the conception, preparation, and implementation of trainings,
4. Managing the contract review process,
5. Preparing and updating sample contracts,
6. Supporting claims and insurance matters as well as overseeing data recording,
7. Maintaining legal databases,
8. Optimizing processes in the Regional Legal Department,
9. Supporting the Europe Region General Counsel in day-to-day business.
Applicant's profile
You bring along:
1. Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law, preferably in German Law,
2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field,
3. Knowledge of German civil and commercial law,
4. Experience in the field of international commercial law is desirable,
5. Expert in navigating in international working environment thanks to excellent communication skills,
6. Willingness to work with multidisciplinary and international teams,
7. Enjoy dealing with a wide range of legal issues and advising employees,
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
9. Fluent in English and German.
