In this role, you will be part of our Global Culture & People team and report directly to the Chief People Officer. Our Global Culture & People Team is driving STADA's Growth Culture, which is key in achieving our growth ambitions. As Global Culture & People Project Manager (f/m/d) you will be a key contact person for the Culture & People Leadership Team as well as for Global Leaders and Executives. You will drive overarching Culture & People projects and support our CPO in all operational Culture & People activities.
You lead Culture & People projects in close collaboration with the Leadership Team
You support our CPO through daily interactions in all operational Culture & People activities
You manage relationships and collaborate closely with the Culture & People Leadership Team and key stakeholders from our Global Executive Team
Facilitate diverse activities within the managerial scope of the CPO: including the preparation of presentations, meeting- and project coordination, as well as defining and tracking follow-up activities
You coordinate the Culture & People Leadership activities, meetings such as Global conferences and business reviews
Proactively drive the Culture & People initiative planning process in close collaboration with the L eadership Team and support in determining and prioritizing business requests
You demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant project management experience. Strong project management and organizational skills, experienced in dealing with tight project deadlines
Nimble mind with good business acumen and understanding of Culture & People / Organizational Development Strategies
You are discreet and able to deal with sensitive Culture & People topics
You are proactive, have a hands-on-mentality and like to challenge the status quo
Excellent proficiency of German and English language is required
