About the Role:
To support its Clients in their HR Digital Transformation strategy, SD Worx seeks an expert in HRIS and payroll solutions as a Sales Executive in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for detecting and managing complex business opportunities, mainly working with major German and/or international accounts in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a strong pipeline, generate and transform sales leads
* Develop a relevant business action plan to achieve goals
* Follow up on long and complex sales cycles to close deals
* Establish relationships with SAP SuccessFactors Sales teams
* Maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers

Requirements:
* First successful experience in complex sales (Consulting Selling) with major international accounts
* Comfortable in high-level negotiations and able to manage long sales cycles
* Experience in Human Resources and ideally in the sale of HRIS / payroll solutions
* Proactive in prospecting and efficient in bringing sales to fruition
* Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem is a plus
* Fluent level of English and German required
€80,000 - €110,000 per year
