Role:
For our project team in Marburg we are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Service Delivery Manager on site.
* Commercial and technical collaboration within the project team
* Problem resolution
* Client relationship management
* HR related topics management (daily contact with engineers, leave planning, backfill planning etc.)
* Support of technicians in operational and HR areas
* being an interface between the technical team and client
* PnL and KPI (SLA) responsibility
* Invoicing, reporting and documentation
* Local process follow-up
Requirements:
* Fluent or native German & fluent English
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Proven track record of managing service delivery teams in the IT industry
* Client-facing skills and professionalism
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
* Microsoft Office knowledge
