As an Associate Supervisor (f/m/d) at Installation & Service department, you will partner with project managers and regional teams worldwide to install equipment from MSD portfolio. In this role, you will report to the Installation & Service Manager. You Will Make an Impact By:
Setting up installation site and installing MSD equipment according to technical requirement
Assigning the team (internal & external team members) and providing technical support during work execution
Act as a Safety Responsible Leader (SLR), ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the team
Adherence to the specified budget and deadlines, organization of schedule coordination
Weekly reporting on work progress, special incidents, and similar matters
Travel Requirements: Up to (95) % of Travel is required.
Skilled Worker, completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or electrician
Several years of professional experience as a deputy assembly manager, team leader, or similar roles
Proficient in written and spoken English
Material knowledge in the steel and plastics sector
Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
