In this key leadership role, you will oversee all logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless execution across production, inventory management, transportation, and distribution. Support engineering teams to monitor device quality.KPI & Shopfloor Management: Create and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key operational metrics.Team Development: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of logistics staff. Ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and lead quality assurance audits.Personnel & Budget Management: Manage teams and budgets across manufacturing, logistics, production planning, factory repair, and HSE.Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.What we look for:A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, business, or technical). Lean certification is a plus.15+ years of experience in manufacturing or logistics operations, 10 years in quality-controlled environments. 5+ years of experience with ERP/MRP systems.Strong leadership and team management skills.Expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools and process optimization.Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.Proficiency in both German and English.Proven ability to execute complex transformation projects and drive efficiency.At Clario, we put people first, always.
