Avantor's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer focused Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams, and leads a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to our organization.
In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor Europe East and focus predominantly on hiring in the DACH Region. This hybrid role will preferably be based in Vienna-Office / Germany-Remote and requires visitng our site in Schwabmünchen, Germany (20% time).
How you will thrive and create an impact
* Launch and lead the recruitment process for open headcount by interfacing with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify employment needs, conduct intake sessions and develop a recruitment strategy.
* Reduce time to fill by developing recruitment strategies to include attracting and nurturing prospects via direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining and referral methodologies.
* Pre-screen qualified candidates, and facilitating feedback discussions across interview panels. Provide compensation recommendations to the hiring team and extend negotiated offers to finalist candidates. Primarily supporting the recruitment for junior-level individual contributor roles.
