Sales Assistant German Speaking (m/f/d) Responsibilities: • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences. • Actively promote and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain a deep knowledge of the products or services being offered and stay up-to-date with any changes or updates. • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing accurate product information, features, and benefits. • Demonstrate product functionality, where applicable, and offer appropriate recommendations to meet customer requirements. • Conduct sales transactions, including processing payments, handling returns, and issuing receipts accurately. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as necessary. • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment. • Maintain organized and presentable merchandise displays, ensuring product availability and attractive visual presentation. • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. • Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sales, customer service, and inventory management. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service in Luxury sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer proficiency. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
