Responsibilities:
* Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development
* Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance (availability,...)
* Preparation of costing measures
* Creation of project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope
* Supporting active project management
o Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
o Manage the project budget, risks and issues and take corrective actions
o Coordinate projects and their dependencies and utilize and manage resources across projects
o Managing project product changes together with the Product Change Manager
* Preparing information and results for (top) management
Qualifications:
* Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
* Basic project management knowledge
* Good knowledge of English and German
* Awareness of interrelationships within an organization
* Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
* Holistic thinking within the organization
* Ability to communicate with senior management
* Willingness to deal with conflicts based on facts and figures
