The Manufacturing Lead is responsible to ensure the completion of a safe and efficient GMP processing of cannabis plants to create various products for market. Is also responsible to assure that Technician will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and EU- GMP requirements to ensure the consistent and accurate processing of plants as medicinal products, meeting high quality standards. Role and Responsibilities
1. Support the planning processes, organise staff tasks and shift rotations
2. Manage the material stocks and transactions for the manufacturing processes acording the plan
3. Communicates and assists other manufacturing departments as needed
4. Support the maintains of high quality documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance and site SOP’s
5. Compiles and analyzes production bacth records.
6. Conduct product Iinprozess quality checks
7. Support if needed, the manufacturing and cleaning processes.
8. Documentation of work processes
9. Coordinates the work orders, physical inventory and is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the on-hand inventory count and transactions
10. Performs other duties as required related manufacturing processes
Qualifications and Education Requirements
11. High School diploma (preferably) or education as pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA) or Pharmakant
12. Minimum 1-year experience in processing or producing medicanal products or products for food executing repetitive tasks; in a manufacturing or a production setting
13. Experience in team management
14. Manufacturing experience in a GMP environment is an asset
15. Demonstrated ability to be “task focused” with a meticulous attention to detail
16. Attention to detail and accuracy
17. Ability to perform and comply with company’s Good Documentation Practices
18. Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications
