Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Different Regions in Germany Location: Germany The Regional Sales Manager is part of the sales team and oversees a specific assigned region to increase sales and build strong customer relationships. This position is the direct link between the company and the customer. Responsibilities Achieve the established annual sales targets; Planning and organising customer visits; Building strong customer relationships. Activities Planning, forecasting and managing the sales territory by organising customer meetings (existing and potential) with a minimum commitment of 8 visits per week and scheduling customer demos; Constant monitoring of the latest product quotations through the company's systems to ensure that the latest quotation format is used; Verifying the issuance of quotations requested by customers; Updating company CRM systems with respect to visits carried out and planned, quotes sent to customers and orders placed; Managing, training, supporting BLM GROUP sales agents; Creation of periodical sales reports to update the forecast of new orders, especially at internal meetings with the management; Informational and documentary support for carrying out audits, tests and demonstrations aimed at improving the performance and characteristics of BLMGroup products/services; Monitoring of customer satisfaction. Must have Degree in a technical and/or economic field At least 5 years of sales experience with technical products; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Experience and knowledge of business processes related to purchasing, price and discount management, contract terms, shipping, taxes and payment for products and services; Ability to build strong customer relationships from a value-based sales perspective to meet customer needs; Ability to prioritise and schedule travel activities and make efficient use of time and resources; Excellent knowledge of Office Automation SW and daily use of Internet / email and video call systems; Ability / willingness to travel by plane and/or car in the assigned territory; Valid driving licence.
