What we achieve together
Team Leadership:
* Retain and develop team members through development plans, training journeys and regular performance evaluations to support Vaillant’s business transformation to SAP S/4HANA
* Define and execute partners/subcontractors needs to complement or extend capacities when needed
* Manage Team capacity plan and assignment for projects/process enhancements
* Ensure Team integration across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash Processes, jointly with teams under the responsibility of Sales, Marketing & Service area
* Maintain and enhance relationships with Business Stakeholders through regular exchange and documented contents
Delivery:
* Lead, direct and advise SAP consultants for the related SAP project implementation
* Translate business objectives and requirements into system design that can be supported by SAP
* Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash interfaces into other value streams (Sales, Services)
* Monitor capacity and velocity to ensure delivery on time,budget and scope
What makes us successful together
* Experience: Track-record in leading SAP Consultants with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project. Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs and also experience managing a budget effectively
* Know-how and skills: Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in Order-to-Cash. Ideally experience in setting up SD module and integration and knowledge of the integration points of SD with MM, WM, LE and FICO (InterCompany, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition etc.) and EDI Interfaces
* Personality: Strong leadership and communication skills, strong aptitude for managing team performance
* Language skills: Very good German and English skills, other languages are a plus.
