Implementing OBPPC Methodologies: Orchestrate and refine methodologies to drive GM and NS/L, addressing specific channel questions and owning consumer occasions. Enhancing Promotional Strategies: Create transparency on internal promotional performance and develop and implement competitive promotional strategies and guidelines to drive GM% and topline impact. Redefining Mix Strategy: Redefine mix strategy by brand, pricing group, and product to build a GM% accretive portfolio. Über Dich Relevant Business Degree, with a Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business management specialization 5 years of relevant professional experience in RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance or Consulting in FMCG Strong analytical thinking skills, experience in RGM calculations and understanding of key trade concepts (e.g profit pool, trade margin) Effective stakeholder management, strong resilience, and the flexibility to quickly grasp cross-functional areas. Role needs strong acumen to drive data-driven-decision-making, develop strategy and penetrate and track action plans Strong team player with ability to foster x-functional collaboration Excellent knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel (Power Query or Power BI experience is a plus) Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus Start is asap in all our locations in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
