Junior Online Marketing Manager – SEA
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns for the Korean market across Google Ads and Naver Ads
2. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities tailored to the Korean audience
3. Experiment with ad creatives, optimize product data feeds and test new platform features to enhance performance continuously
4. Collaborate closely with other performance marketing channels to ensure a cohesive strategy
5. Partner with external stakeholders to streamline campaign execution and drive results
6. Analyze performance, generate insights, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization
7. Once you’ve mastered the Korean market, there’s potential to expand your impact by working on additional markets within our global setup
WHO YOU ARE
8. Prior experience in SEA (Google Ads or Microsoft Ads); experience with Naver Ads is a strong plus
9. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
10. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
11. Familiarity with data analytics tools like PowerBI, Looker Studio, or similar
12. Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and shape our SEA activities for the Korean market
13. Fluent in Korean and English; further languages are a plus
