To replace a maternity leave in our Events team (Fixed term contract 1 year), we are currently looking for an: Events officer (m/f) You will work in a dynamic environment and you will assist the team in the overall implementation of Arendts events strategy. Your role: Take care of the organisation of different type of events (on site events, webinars, events abroad) before, during and after; Manage relations with internal clients, internal and external providers and the Business Development, Marketing, Communications, & CRM teams; Prepare (writing, translating, proof reading) and distribute (use of dedicated IT tools) the invitations and other communications. Assist the team in the management of goodies and other material (orders, dispatch, stock management, new propositions,etc.) Assist the team in improving internal processes. Your profile: You have already worked in an events agency or in an events team within a company for at least 5 years. You are graduated with a Bachelor or Masters degree; You have excellent oral and written communication skills; You combine excellent analytic and organisational skills with high curiosity and strong creativity; You are meticulous and pay attention to details; You are resistant to stress and able to work autonomously and with tight deadlines; You have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); You are fluent in English and French (both spok
