Your mission

If so, we are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist (m/w/d) to support our strategic goals and ensure effective internal and external communication.
Your Responsibilities:
* Strategic Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Website Development: Support and contribute to the ongoing update and enhancement of the company website.
* Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, draft press releases, arrange interviews, and manage media inquiries.
* Crisis Communication: Develop and maintain crisis communication protocols, ensuring a well-prepared response strategy.
* Internal Communication: Create and distribute engaging newsletters, emails, and intranet content to keep employees informed and connected.
* Public Relations & Brand Management: Strengthen the company’s brand presence, organize corporate events, and ensure all materials align with brand guidelines.
* Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for multiple channels, including social media, blogs, press releases, and video scripts.
* Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media strategy, engagement, and content planning.
* Performance Measurement: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives using relevant metrics.
* Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget for communication activities.
* Event Support: Assist in organizing and moderating corporate events.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Fluent in English and German with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Creativity and a talent for developing engaging and impactful content.
* Experience in media relations and crisis communication.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Experience in website and social media development – this is a must.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proven experience in website and social media development is essential – we’re looking for someone who can bring our digital presence to the next level!
