BDO in Luxembourg is looking for a Junior Internal Controller for Quality & Risk Management.

What will you do?
Assist in the internal audit program and other Quality & Risk Management projects and initiatives, including planning, execution, and follow-up
* Support on external regulatory due diligence, helping to gather and organize necessary documentation and evidence
* Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks associated with business processes
* Participate in risk mitigation planning and monitoring activities
* Ensure at any time the compliance with all regulatory – legal – professional requirements
* Participate in the internal audit (regulatory & quality aspects / Information Security…)
* Participate in any project reducing risks and enhancing quality: review of operational processes and controls, mandatory trainings, etc.
* Help maintain risk registers and track the status of risk mitigation actions
* Interact with all Quality & Risk Management pillars: AML – KYC / Ethics & Independence / IT Security / GDPR / Economic – financial Crimes

* You are graduated from a Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in business/management with a major in risk, internal control or quality management
* You are fluent in English and French, German would be an asset
* You are proficient in Excel
* You have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

* You have understanding of internal controls, quality assurance, and risk management principles
