* Must have at least 5 years of Gaming experience.
* Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
* Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
* Oversees operations team including interviews, accountability for any documentation, and assuring Supervisors and Managers get the support to manage their teams.
* Recommends proper staffing levels and approves scheduling of slot service personnel and table games on all shifts.
* Ensures balance of customer service and profitability is achieved through utilization of labor standards.
* Maintains and enforces physical safeguards over all monies, forms, and records relating to the Slot Operations function.
* Ensures compliance with State Lottery Regulations, Internal Controls, and company Policies & Procedures.
* Monitors game performance to maximize win per unit.
* Responsible for understanding all available slot floor system reports, game information; knowledge of the player tracking system to investigate and resolve guest and employee complaints.
* Responsible for efficient operation and repair of all peripheral equipment and gaming equipment as applicable within Slot and Finance Department.
* Responsible for slot repair shop and for proper maintenance of all shop components; determines stock requirements for machine parts and requisitions needed materials.
* Manages the Table Games Department personnel, including hiring, training, discipline, and performance evaluation.
* Maintains and enforces physical safeguards over all monies, forms, and records relating to the Table Games function.
* Ensures compliance with State Lottery Regulations, Internal Controls, and both company and department Policies & Procedures.
* Offers input on types of games offered, table limits, odds, and extension of credit.
* Responsible for understanding all available table games reports and game information, including knowledge of the player tracking system to investigate and resolve guest and employee complaints.
