Your responsibilities
14. Preparing and arranging dishes in the show galley
15. Assistance with setting up and removing buffets, juice station, bread station, and cleaning these
16. Adherence to A-ROSA standard recipes in the cookbook
17. Compliance with personal hygiene standards
18. Providing service at special events
19. Assistance with daily changes of buffet decoration
20. Assistance with providing crew breakfast, lunch and dinner as needed
21. Mise-en-place and assistance in all areas of the kitchen as needed
22. Maintaining hygiene throughout the work area
23. Working in the main kitchen when required
24. Assistance with preparatory work for the show galley
25. Compliance with uniform code in public and non-public areas (especially when on watch)
26. Assistance with loading
27. Help carrying suitcases
Your profile
28. Completion of vocational training as a chef
29. At least six months of work experience (preferably onboard ship)
30. Excellent knowledge of German and English (on board international ships)
31. Product knowledge that meets international standards
32. Knowledge of HACCP
33. Health certificate for the gastronomy sector
