Your role:
* Oversee overall project performance, encompassing EHS, Financial, Schedule, and Quality aspects, particularly in large EPC projects within the electronic and battery industry.
* Act as the corporate management representative for the project.
* Serve as the highest escalation level within the project for client, contractor, and project team matters before involving corporate management.
* Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients.
* Ensure accountability for EHS, schedule, cost, and quality aspects, including the project manager's performance.
* Report project status to company management following corporate procedures.
* Remain on the project site and actively participate in client management reporting meetings.
* Monitor and engage in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process.
* Ensure adherence to corporate procedures, standards, and guidelines within project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management).
* Define project strategies to achieve both external and internal goals.
* Be a visible, positive, and encouraging influence for project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team.
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
* 20 years of experience in related industries, focusing on Semiconductors, Batteries, or Electronics, with over 10 years of expertise in EPC project management.
* Proficiency in both German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Detailed knowledge in project execution and coordination.
* Effective communication and motivation skills.
* Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems.
* PMI certification advantage
