You have at least eight years of experience in the field of Operations/Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) ideally in the sales of operations or BPO services as well as in direct sales. You are familiar with at least one of the Operations areas Enterprise (Finance, HR, Sourcing and Procurement), Growth (Marketing, Contact/ Call Center, Sales) Operations or Industry Specific Operations (LS / Med Tech Operations, Network Operations, Resources Operations) You have existing or previous customer relationships in the telecommunications, chemicals, raw materials, consumer goods, automotive, financial services or public sector sectors and are well connected in the relevant industries.
