Within that, installation and automotive service offerings are important strategic areas of investment, and we are actively innovating in the market on eBay Germany (ebay.ResponsibilitiesDrive growth for tires and parts installation together with our sellers and partners, including awareness and visibility for installation offerings on and off-siteContinue to evolve the value proposition and assess growth opportunities for installation to better serve buyer, seller, and workshop needsGrow workshop network and relationships with key partnersOwn scorecard development and measure progress against key metricsBuild executive leadership buy-in and alignment and cross-functional supportRepresent eBay at industry events, conferences, and at marketing and media eventsRequirementsEnglish and German language fluency6+ years of related business experience, including experience in Automotive sector, such as with aftermarket players, car garages/workshops, or service portalsIndustry experience in multinational e-commerce environment preferredProven track record of developing a long-term plan and driving execution with a group of peers, paired with agility to adapt to changing circumstancesStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data and using presentation tools.
