Bruker Microbiology & Infection Diagnostics (BMID) provides advanced solutions for the rapid identification and analysis of microorganisms, supporting both clinical microbiologists and those in industrial and applied microbiology. Their technologies are designed to address the increasing diversity and complexity of microorganisms that infect humans and animals. Recently they have expanded into Molecular Diagnostics and other diagnostics solutions through various acquisitions including ElitechGroup which closed in May 2024. As BMID is growing in complexity, including a major Post-Merger Integration, the number of key strategic projects grows. The role of the Strategic Projects Manager will be key in project managing a broad number of projects from concept to implementation across different Business Areas across Europe and the USA. We are looking as of now in full-time for our office in Bremen for our BMID division a Manager Strategic Projects (m/f/d) Management of strategic projects for the BMID Division on a national and international level with a strong End-to-End process view. The tasks include the full scope of project management work (from scope definition to benefit analysis) as well as contribution to the strategy process. Manage and drive strategic projects from conception phase to implementation using the appropriate project management and consulting tools and techniques Conduct in-depth analyses and develop solutions Take over responsibility for the delivery of own cross-functional projects Advise in major international strategic transformation projects Inspire project teams with your expertise as well as your skill and competence profile Develop and maintain an overview of the strategic initiatives and the resulting “projects pipeline” creating an overview of interdependencies among strategic projects and ensure synchronization of projects to create an end-to-end view Act as a business partner to the functional areas and support their project management efforts Managing teams of 3 rd party providers in project teams Manage the strategy development process by Set up strategic planning templates Manage group strategic process Providing market intelligence / competitive intelligence analysis in collaboration with the divisions and business units Coordinating the transfer of strategic initiatives into actionable projects and monitoring their progress Prepare top management presentations and moderate management meetings Degree in business administration (Bachelor / Master/ Diploma) or similar specialization Experience in Diagnostics market with an appreciation of the Quality and Regulatory complexity would be ideal.
