THE ROLE & THE TEAM The Central D&I Team is responsible for setting the D&I strategy and managing the governance while overseeing its implementation. The Central D&I Team relies on embedded teams throughout Zalando that own commitments of the D&I strategy. These embedded teams are responsible for implementing initiatives that deliver on the D&I commitments. This role will own the governance of the D&I strategy and work to integrate D&I across the business by activating stakeholders across Zalando and advising on best practices. This role will lead the Central D&I team of collaborative D&I practitioners.
