Proclinical is seeking a National Account Manager to join the Market Access Team in the GSA region. This role focuses on ensuring healthcare professionals and individuals with diabetes have access to innovative diabetes technologies. You will work closely with payers and stakeholders to influence policy decisions and build a supportive access environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute access plans for designated health insurance groups.
2. Collaborate with field-based personnel to align with organizational goals.
3. Build relationships across payer and advocacy landscapes.
4. Provide market intelligence and support to sales teams.
5. Explore strategies to enhance product access in key accounts.
6. Contribute to market access strategies and multi-stakeholder engagement plans.
7. Participate in team development and capability enhancement.
Key Skills and Requirements:
8. Deep understanding of policy and access landscapes in Germany and Austria.
9. Commitment to continuous learning in therapy areas and products.
10. Experience with health economics tools and data analysis.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
13. Organizational and project management skills.
14. Proficiency in MS Office; advanced IT skills are a plus.
15. Experience in diabetes or medical technology sectors is desirable.
