Your responsibilities
9. Collaborate with the team to plan, actively develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality software in alignment with business priorities within a full-stack development framework.
10. Work closely with the product owner, business stakeholders, internal customers, and adjacent development teams involved in the game's production
11. Provide guidance and mentorship to both senior and junior software engineers
12. While maintaining this focus, you will primarily engage in server-side Java development, which constitutes approximately 80% of all tasks
13. Establish quality standards and implement mechanisms and processes to enhance team efficiency
14. Make architectural decisions and select optimal tools to cover business needs
Your profile
15. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
16. 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in both backend and frontend development, with a primary focus on Java backend and 2+ years of leading and mentoring a team of software developers
17. Experience with a broad technical stack, including PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, ELK Stack
18. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. But also practical experience with JavaScript and at least one frontend development technology (preferably ReactJS and PHP)
19. Practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
20. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
