A Generalist Human Resources Assistant is responsible for managing HR administrative tasks to provide an excellent staff experience while supporting employee relations and departmental goals. What will I be doing? As a Generalist Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for managing HR administrative tasks to deliver an excellent staff experience. You will also be expected to interact with the HR system and support employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters, and personnel files Ensure accurate information is entered into the customized HR system Assist with employee relations issues within the company in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management Ensure that the recruitment and selection process is followed and that the appropriate immigration checks are conducted Help achieve departmental goals Support the company with departmental training needs, including inductions, work experience, career fairs, and training materials Ensure that pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines Ensure that staff complete training on security, fire regulations, and other health and safety legislation Assist and resolve queries from team members and management What are we looking for?
