Your main tasks:
* Support and further development of the SAP HCM system (e.g. modules PA, PY, PT, OM, TRV, ESS/MSS)
* Support of global implementation, further development and rollout projects (e.g. SAP Success Factors) with the support of external consultants and internal process experts
* Implementation of business requirements (legal, tariff, operational nature) by means of customizing, as well as schemas and rules
* Consulting, conception and implementation of business processes in the HR systems, taking into account economic and technical circumstances
* Implementation of system updates (through HR SupportPackages as well as SAP Notes)
* Support in the further development of digitalization in the area of HR
* 2nd level support and training of users / key users
* Implementation of projects and taking over of special topics
Your profile:
* Completed studies in the IT environment or business informatics
* At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP HR - knowledge of tax and social security law and ideally collective bargaining law an advantage
* Practical experience in project management
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Solution-oriented mindset as well as a high degree of resilience
* Independent working style combined with loyalty and openness
* Good command of English
