Position Overview:

As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst (m/f/x) to join our growing Finance department. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in collecting, analysing, and interpreting financial data to support our business strategies. Your insights will be crucial in guiding our finance operations and decision-making processes. Ready to make an impact?
You’ll get to take ownership of:
* Gathering and analysing financial data from various sources, including financial statements, Excel-based reports, and databases
* Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and visualisations that provide insights
* Implementing PowerBI and accurately transferring data from several internal systems to one
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting and analysis
* Evaluating financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalising on opportunities
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and executive management, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
We’d love to meet someone with:
* A background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role in the SaaS/IaaS/PaaS B2B industry
* Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly in German and English
