Purpose of the role:
The role will assist and contribute to Brand Marketing team providing support to New Product Development, Go to market definition, planning, and execution.
* Collaborate with cross-category portfolio teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market plans and marketing activation activities for 2025 product launches.
* Support the Brand Marketing & Promotion teams in driving the implementation of commercial innovation initiatives.
* Assist the Pricing team with maintaining the pricing database, refining product categorization and pricing structure, and conducting financial analyses.
What you'll do:
* Support Brand Manager in tracking NPD timelines and GTM deliverables.
* Support Brand Manager in monitoring competitor’s portfolio initiatives
* Support Brand team in Marketing presentation preparation and dedicated reporting if needed.
* Participate in and contribute to brand operational team meetings with other functions, when needed.
* Work across multiple projects across portfolio brands
* Support in maintenance of Pricing Database
* Support in revision of product categorization
* Conduct price and financial analysis
* Support Promotion team in Promotion calendar implementation
What you'll need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand strategy development, Innovation and NPD development, GTM plan & execution, Project Management.
* Fluency in English.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to constantly grow and hands on attitude
