Role/ Department: The Transfer Agency department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, finance and investor services.Transfer Agency departments are growing departments based over Luxembourg Ireland and India. Reporting into the Head of Transfer Agency & Private Capital Administration (PCA), the New Business, Support and Change manager will work in close collaboration with all the other Transfer Agency teams. The role requires to be independent with little guidance from line management, to support the growth of the Transfer Agency client base by Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new clients and fund launch Driving change in TA to constantly enhance our service offering The key responsibilities of the role include Centralised New Business and Change Delivery role; Manage the Transfer Agency New Business and Support & Change teams; Partner with wider EMEA teams for cross jurisdictional transitions; Be part of the Luxembourg Transfer Agency Senior Management team; Ensure new business activities including fund launches and fund events are delivered timely and accurately; Attend project meetings/internal steering groups and ensure new business take on teams are taking ownership of their tasks; Evaluate MIS for effective oversight on quality and timeliness to agreed plans; Support the growth of our TA client base ensuring a smooth and timely client onboarding process; Conduct Lessons Learned on completion of a complex project when required. Initiate and support small change aiming to enhance our service offering, productivity and client experience; Support change in Transfer Agency in line with the EMEA strategy; Contribute sales process; Liaise with Client Product Team as appropriate Participate in industry working groups on TA transformation.
