Your Mission
We are looking for a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative with proven experience in B2B sales within the IT sector, ideally with a strong understanding of Cloud Computing and solution-selling. In this role, youll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into business opportunities, supporting mid-sized to large companies in enhancing their security infrastructure using Google Cloud products.
This is more than just a sales role its an opportunity to educate and empower businesses across EMEA to grow through strategic digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business through outbound campaigns and proactive prospecting
* Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify upsell opportunities
* Understand client pain points and provide tailored Cloud Security solutions
* Build strong rapport with prospects through phone, video, and email outreach
* Align business needs with available Google Cloud offerings
* Maintain accurate and updated CRM records in Salesforce
* Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to optimise customer success
* Deliver on quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics
What We Are Looking For
* Native-level German (C2) and fluent English
* Demonstrable experience in B2B outbound sales, especially within IT or Cloud services
* In-depth understanding of Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and the broader cybersecurity landscape
* Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce
* Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
* Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
* Organised and analytical, with a strong grasp of pipeline and time management
* Eagerness to grow and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
* Certifications in Cloud or Cybersecurity solutions
* B2B sales experience specifically in Cybersecurity
* Familiarity with the German-speaking market and business landscape
