By joining our team as an M&A Associate, you will have the chance to help us steer into international markets and grow our business significantly. By strategically picking and acquiring targets, you will play a key role in facilitating this growth.
What to expect:
* You lead our M&A strategy and take an active role throughout the entire deal process – from sourcing potential deals and negotiating terms to due diligence and closing.
* As an M&A Associate, you will help build and expand the team over the coming years, including on an international level.
* You regularly contribute insights from your daily work and innovative ideas to leadership discussions, actively shaping Arbio’s strategic development.
What you will add to our Crew:
* 1–3 years of professional experience in a dynamic, performance-driven environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, startups, private equity, M&A, etc.)
* Experience in deal-based roles (M&A, private equity, venture capital, real estate, sales, etc.)
* Strong analytical skills, experience with financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making
* High level of initiative and an ownership mindset – you take responsibility from the initial analysis to closing
* Strong communication skills – you can adapt flexibly to different stakeholders, from executives to investors
* Attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective – you quickly grasp complex business models
* Entrepreneurial mindset: You identify synergies and understand how digital processes create value in the hospitality industry
* Negotiation skills and a sense for good deals
* You’re a native/C1-C2 German speaker
