As the Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits (m/w/d), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing global C&B strategies that drive business success. * Shape compensation and benefits (C&B) packages, policies, and processes that align with our organization’s strategy and business objectives, while maintaining a focus on digitalization.
* Lead the regional HR teams in implementing and harmonizing global C&B processes (e.g. SIP, bonus processes) and ensuring global standardization.
* Drive the creation and introduction of global C&B concepts such as our C&B Toolbox and benefits portfolio.
* Execute job evaluations, manage the salary benchmarking process, and maintain relevant tools and technologies for reporting.
* Administer and communicate the company’s compensation strategy and philosophy to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding in classification discussions.
* Train and guide HR Business Partners in the use of C&B tools and advise line managers on compensation package decisions.
* Prepare and oversee regular audits and reports.
YOUR SKILLS
* Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global setting.
* Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
* Deep understanding of compensation processes, benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive and strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, able to navigate in a fast-paced, digitalized environment.
* Fluency in English and German is required.
