As Global Market Access Operations Specialist VIE in our Global Market Access Center of Excellence (GMAx CoE), you'll support driving and implementing transversal initiatives for the future readiness and synergies for our Market Access organizations in three Global Market Units as well as in local Market Access teams. The primary responsibility of the Market Access Global Operations Specialist VIE is to support Market Access Global Operations Lead in delivering strategic projects to significantly improve the operational effectiveness of the Market Access group. Outputs include standardized processes to guide day-to-day working of teams, governance to provide effective oversight, and templates/tools (including digital ones) to increase efficiency, compliance, and quality within GMAx and with our partners across functions and partners worldwide. Main responsibilities: - Support the Global Market Access Lead in tracking of GMAx (Global Market Access) strategic roadmap, including regular communication to GMAx Community. - Assist in planning and conduction of a global assessment of needs and gaps within tools, deliverables, resources, and processes relating to Operations and Execution. - Lead ad hoc GMAx Operations projects to meet the needs identified. - Co-design, lead the development and maintain the department tracking tools to produce metrics associated with Global Access deliverables and KPIs. - Identify and analyse external benchmarks for Market Access Operations and Execution. - Assist the Engagement Lead in maintaining and further improvement of internal digital/hybrid/face2face communication and engagement activities/projects for global and local MAx Community (e.g., via newsletter, intranet publications, awareness initiatives). - Support development and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to ensure that we are compliant with all relevant regulations and our community is trained accordingly. About you Experience: - Minimum 12 months of professional experience via 1st post study trainee assignment or internships within international or multicultural environment. - Experience in project management with strong planning and organizational skills. Education: - Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Pharmaceutical related or another relevant field. Technical and soft skills: - Well-versed use of standardized software (MS-Office: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). - Strong sense of aesthetics to provide attractive visual presentation of results. - Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial. - Affinity to new digital channels, tools, and trends, and open to introduce new / digital tools to the team. - Good usage of video editing software is a plus. - Excellent communicator, with strong analytical skills and high attention to details. - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones. Languages: - Excellent (both written and spoken) English. - Good German and/or French is a plus but not a prerequisite.
