What will you do?
You will be a key asset to our 75-person international UI Design team to translate high-level concepts into visually compelling digital experiences with a keen eye for detail.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Lead visual design projects from early explorations over definition and production till final market launch
* Guide the team to start from scratch to explore and create innovative, client-specific design solutions from the ground up
* Understand and manage client expectations and communication and make sure everyone (client and team) is aligned and happy
* Create and evaluate designs with an experienced, confident sense for quality, ensuring amazing visual output
* Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative learning environment
Who are you?
You have a strong design sense and adaptability to evolving projects. You greatly enjoy collaborative work and guiding colleagues towards common success.
Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role:
* A strong creative mindset with a degree in design
* At least 5 years of experience in designing digital user interfaces
* Experience in leading projects and guiding teams
* Must have: Advanced software skills in Figma and Photoshop
* Nice to have: Software skills in Cinema 4D, After Effects, ProtoPie and/or Rive.
* Experience in the Automotive Industry is a big plus
* Location: Across Germany – Optimally, close to one of our offices to join the team at least 2 days a week on site (Berlin, Ingolstadt, Munich or Wiesbaden)
* National and international travel can occasionally happen, but is not mandatory
* Fluency in English
