Could you be the full time Site Planning Manager (f/m/d) in Mannheim we’re looking for?
Your Future Role
At our Mannheim office, over 250 colleagues from 26 countries work on research and development with a focus on the digitization of rail. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to the Regional Project Office Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to:
* Leading and developing a diverse planning team in order to facilitate the growth of our digital business in the Mannheim Site
* Implement and execute activities that ensure "On Time Delivery" as per customer contractual milestones.
* Lead planning & scheduling activities on critical projects
* Communicate regularly with senior-level representatives from our main clients, as well as the Site Management team, on matters concerning strategic execution.
* Be part of the site management committee and work with all key functions (project, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, industrial, and construction) to provide necessary inputs for flawless project execution.

* University degree
* Experience as Project Manager/Project Planner
* Knowledge of the railway business or ETCS/CBTC technologies or signalling infrastructure is an advantage.
* Very good MS Office knowledge including MS Project.
* Be ready for occasional travel
* English and German language knowledge
