Responsible for supporting all users within the campus (employees and students). Ensures effective usage of all software and hardware. MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES Responsible for the coordination of research projects handled by the research center Maintains communication with Research Project coordinators and associates Develops and maintains excellent relationships with research association and other relevant national and international bodies Generates reports regarding research projects coordinated by the research office Coordinates the completion and conduct of research proposals Promotes research within the academic community Informs relevant parties of research proposals relevant to the university’s programs of study that will enhance brand awareness Improves research activity to ensure higher academic quality and university ranking COMPETENCIES Collaboration Student Focus Accountability OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES & ATTRIBUTES (NOT DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE POSITION) Exercises strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills Accepts other collateral duties including the assisting of students and administrative work as are usually associated with this position and may be prescribed by the University .
