About this position: As a Customer Experience Manager at DISH Digital Solutions, you will play a crucial role in delivering a best-in-class experience for our customers. By leveraging your expertise in User & Customer Research, User Experience, and Customer Experience, you will help shape the way our customers interact with our products and services. Your responsibilities: To be successful, you will design and manage Customer Journey Maps as well as lead initiatives that prioritize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency. Further, you will support cross-functional initiatives to solve customer problems, particularly those driven by Voice of the Customer data. Additionally, you will grow CX metrics by managing existing surveys and designing new ones. Daily, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support new initiatives that improve the customer experience across our product, tools, processes, and policies In this environment, you will leverage your knowledge of CX best practices and data to propose impactful solutions to meaningful problems. Your Profile: Several years of experience in a CX environment with a very good understanding of the CX ecosystem, including metrics and processes. Expertise in analyzing, designing, and managing complex Customer Journey Maps. Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data, extracting insights, and communicating them effectively to diverse audiences for informed decision-making. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and structure projects and tasks to maximize organizational impact, while maintaining systems for effective project tracking and execution. Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or other languages is beneficial. Previous experience with leading CX tools, like Medallia or Qualtrics, is beneficial. Why DISH?
