Your tasks:
9. You are responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments in terms of priority, deadlines and capacity
10. You organize, plan and coordinate internal and external resources and ensure that everything runs smoothly
11. You create and track quotations for our service calls, repairs and spare parts
12. You enter orders in SAP and create documents such as delivery bills and invoices
13. You work closely with the internal interfaces, such as Order Management and Logistics
14. You support internal optimization projects
Your profile:
15. You have completed technical vocational training, ideally with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or comparable skills and knowledge acquired in practice
16. You have gained initial professional experience in an industrial service environment
17. You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and have a structured and analytical way of working and good communication skills
18. You are confident in using MS Office and have experience in working with ERP systems
19. Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential in an international environment
