This is an exciting opportunity to support the Managing Director of Northern Europe as a Personal Assistant while also overseeing office management responsibilities. Based in IHG Hotels & Resorts Frankfurt office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, from managing executive schedules to coordinating office events and supplier relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide proactive PA support, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and inbox coordination.
* Oversee office operations, managing budgets, processing invoices, and liaising with landlords and suppliers. Occasionally manage operational projects.
* Organise and coordinate leadership meetings, conferences, and high-profile office events.
* Manage office supplies, workstation planning, and compliance, ensuring a well-run and efficient workspace.
* Support new hires with onboarding and act as a key point of contact for office-related queries.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a PA supporting senior leaders, ideally in an international environment.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask across multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
* Experience managing travel, office administration, and supplier relationships.
* Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and stay calm under pressure.
