I am looking for a fantastic Leisure Club General Manager who is very familiar with overseeing all aspects of a leisure club's operations, including fitness facilities, spa services, sports activities, and customer service.
The club provides a high-quality experience for members and guests so Excellent customer service and operational skills are a must have for this role.
Some of the Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
1. Oversee daily operations of the leisure club, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
3. Ensure all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe.
Customer Experience:
4. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
5. Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
6. Develop and implement programs and services to enhance member satisfaction.
Financial Management:
7. Prepare and manage the club’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
8. Monitor revenue and expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue generation.
9. Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as necessary.
Staff Management:
10. Recruit, train, and supervise club staff, including fitness instructors, spa therapists, and administrative personnel.
11. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities.
12. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Sales and Marketing:
13. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
14. Organize promotional events and activities to increase club visibility and membership sales.
15. Collaborate with the marketing team to create advertising and promotional materials.
Membership Management:
16. Oversee the membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
17. Develop membership packages and pricing strategies.
18. Implement programs to increase member engagement and retention.
Health and Safety:
19. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
20. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
21. Implement safety training programs for staff and members.
Facility Management:
22. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all club facilities.
23. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
24. Ensure the club’s amenities are kept in excellent condition.

39. Experience in managing a leisure club, fitness center, or similar facility is highly desirable.
40. Fluent in German and English is a non negotiable
